Our marketing for this event is extensive. Each year we forward race materials to thousands of runners in the area and over 200 level businesses. Sponsors’ names appear on all race materials, as well as our website. This year we will again have on-line registration for all runners, and we are seeking Township approval for a 10-K. The 10-K course will leave the neighborhood and go into the new running path near Applebrook.
As a
PLATINUM SPONSOR, the Platinum Sponsor’s name will be prominently included in advertising of the Race, in the Race Registration Form and on the T-shirts to be distributed to the runners/walkers. Platinum Sponsors will also be permitted to have a table or booth at the race and be permitted to have handouts distributed at the race.
As a
GOLD SPONSOR, the Gold Sponsor’s name will be included in advertising of the Race, in the Race Registration Form and on the T-shirts (less prominent than Platinum) to be distributed to the runners/walkers.
As a
FRIEND, the Supporter’s name will be included in materials distributed on Race day.
All sponsors will be permitted (and are encouraged) to include sample items in the race packets that will be distributed to all participants. Platinum and Gold Sponsors will also be eligible for inclusion in the Bow Tree Affiliate Program at no additional charge.
We ask that sponsor checks be submitted to the Race Committee by August 15, 2008, along with artwork for the t-shirts and any materials you would like included in the race packet. Please make checks payable to: Bow Tree Civic Association.
